PRIVATE ASSISTANTS.AI
Terms of service

Plain terms, plainly written.

What you get, what you pay, what you own, and what the assistant must not be used for.

Effective 7 October 2026

The short version. We build your assistant on a server registered in your name. You pay half to begin and half when it passes a test you write. Once it is handed over, the server, the data and the keys are yours. Use it lawfully, and check what it writes before you rely on it.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to this website and to the private AI assistant service provided by Private Assistants ("we", "us"), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the site or engaging us for a build, you agree to them. A written engagement for your build may add detail; where it differs from these terms, the engagement applies.

2. The service

We design, install and configure a private AI assistant for you on a server registered in your name. The assistant can work with the messaging apps, email, calendar and files you choose to connect. The scope of each build is agreed with you in writing before work starts.

3. Price and payment

4. Ownership

The server, every account it runs on, and all of the data your assistant stores belong to you. After handover we do not retain access, copies of your data, or any right to use it. The configuration we build for you is licensed to you to use and modify for your own purposes.

5. Your responsibilities

6. Acceptable use

You must not use your assistant, or any service we provide, to:

Generated images are for concepts and drafts and should be labelled as such. They must not be presented as photographs of real properties, products or people.

7. AI output

Your assistant uses AI models, which can make mistakes. Check anything it produces before you rely on it or send it to anyone, particularly figures, dates, legal or financial content. By default it drafts email rather than sending it, so that you stay in control of what leaves your name. Nothing it produces is legal, financial or professional advice.

8. Third-party services

Your assistant depends on outside services such as your server provider, AI model provider, Google, WhatsApp and Telegram. We do not control them, and their availability, pricing and terms can change. We are not responsible for interruptions or changes caused by them.

9. Support

During your support period we will help diagnose and fix problems with the configuration we built. Support does not include new features, rebuilding after changes you make yourself, or problems caused by third-party services, though we will always tell you what we can see.

10. Liability

We build every assistant with care, but we provide the service as described, without other warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the build in question.

11. Ending the service

You can stop using your assistant at any time; it is yours. If you end a build before handover, the first payment covers the work done to that point. We may decline or stop work if these terms are broken.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dubai.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes do not affect a build already agreed in writing.
